Well we are back again! Good old Pozo Izquierdo, this time for only 2 weeks of summer time port tack jumping and windy windy windsurfing!
So far we have been here 1 week, and we have a week left. Just a quick blog post with one or two pics to test out the new site theme!
Talking of testing I have been using the new Simmer Frugal 77l out here a bit, and despite overpowered 3m weather not being ideal board testing conditions for a wide board I am really impressed!
It handles chop well for such a short wide shape, carries speed well in these onshore waves and I think the 88l I am hoping to get for the UK will be perfect for making the most of marginal UK conditions!
We have had 3.7/4.2m weather here since we arrived, but little or no waves. Tonight, however, some swell kicked in and it is now Pozo as I remember it when it is good!
The next few days promise something good so I will put up a post over the next day or two with more interesting pics and lifestyle shots from the house...
Hope everyone is enjoying the wind back home!
Don't forget to check out the Pozo Diaries, more episodes coming soon including an incredible crash from little Antoine today!
Also like Ben's page at Ben's Athelete Page because he won't stop moaning about it! ;)
